How to Send Cremated Remains to Us

Cremated remains must be shipped to us in accordance with our instructions and the carrier’s rules (e.g., using appropriate inner containers, cushioning, and labels).

We provide detailed packaging and labeling instructions in the kit; you must follow them for safety and compliance.

Carrier & Service Levels

We specify the approved carriers and service levels in our instructions. Use of different carriers or services is at your own risk and may void our guarantees.

Processing Times

Orders for kits typically ship within [X–Y business days]. Tracking details will be provided when available.

Delivery Times

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather and operational delays may occur.

International Shipments

We currently do not accept international shipments of cremated remains unless expressly approved in writing.

Address Accuracy

You are responsible for accurate shipping addresses. Re-shipments due to incorrect addresses may incur additional fees.
