Refund Policy

Before Scheduling/Kit Shipment

• 100% refundable if you cancel before we ship any chain-of-custody kit or schedule a flight date.

After Kit Shipment but Before Scheduling

• Refunds are permitted minus (i) the cost of the kit and outbound shipping, and (ii) any payment processing fees that are non-refundable.

After Scheduling a Flight

• Once a scattering flight is scheduled, your order becomes non-refundable, because we allocate aircraft time, crew, and airspace planning. You may reschedule once at no charge if requested ≥ [X] days before the scheduled date; additional reschedules may incur a fee.

Weather/Safety Delays

• If we postpone due to weather, safety, or regulatory reasons, we will reschedule at no cost on the earliest available date. If you elect to cancel instead of reschedule, standard cancellation terms apply.

Lost/Improper Packaging

• We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by improper packaging or failure to follow our instructions. If remains are lost or delayed in transit by a carrier, we will assist in reasonable efforts with the carrier’s process.

Chargebacks & Disputes

• Please contact us first to resolve concerns. Initiating a chargeback while we are actively resolving an issue may delay resolution.
